General Terms & Conditions
  1. 1. Your Session date and time is reserved exclusivly for you. Should you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice.
  2. 2. Meggan Jacks Photography, LLC retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session and has the right to use and make reproductions of images for portfolio samples, gallery display, self-promotion and professional competition. Meggan Jacks Photography, LLC will not make reproductions for other commercial use without first obtaining written permission of the client.
  3. 3. Previews of your images will be ready in approximately 2 weeks. Final prints will be ready approximately three weeks from payment receipt date.
  4. 4. Payment in full is required at time of order. Sales tax of 8.3% is applied to al orders.
  5. 5. All items are priced from Standard Price List in effect at the time of this agreement. Prices are guaranteed for a period of 30 days following the date of the image presentation. Items purchased more than 30 days after the date of image presentation will be priced from the most recent price list.
  6. 6. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  7. 7. All ordered images are kept on file for a period of 1 year. All unordered images are purged after 60 days.
Copyright Policy
  1. 1. All images created during your session, whether in electronic or physical form, are copyrighted by Meggan Jacks Photography, LLC and may not be downloaded, copied or othewise reproduced without the prior written consent of the photographer.
